NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment on Foreclosure dated December ____, 2019 entered in Case No. 2019 CA 2090 of the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial Circuit in and for Leon County, Florida, wherein CENTENNIAL BANK is the Plaintiff, and SANDRA R. CANNON f/k/a SANDRA R. KNUDSON, and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendants who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees or other claimants are the Defendants, the undersigned will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: By electronic sale at 11 o’clock a.m. on January 16, 2020 on the prescribed date at the listed website https://www.leon.realforeclose.com the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment on Foreclosure, to-wit:

Lot 27, Block “C”, Lakewood Estates, Unit No. 2, a subdivision as per map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 81, of the Public Records of Leon County, Florida.

Less and except the following described property:

A portion of Lot 27, Block “C” of Lakewood Estates, Unit No. 2, as per map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, at Page 81, of the Leon County, Public Records and being described as follows:

Begin at the Northwest Corner of said Lot 27 and run South 31 degrees 37 minutes 37 seconds West along the West boundary line of said Lot 27 a distance of 147.06 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 27, then South 88 degrees 15 minutes 06 seconds East along the South boundary line of said Lot 27 a distance of 15.05 feet, then North 26 degrees 17 minutes 06 seconds East 140.17 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after sale.
