RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motion to Cancel Foreclosure Sale filed granted on November 18, 2019 nunc pro tunc November 6, 2019 and entered in Case No. 2018 CA 002031 of the Circuit Court of the SECOND Judicial Circuit in and for LEON COUNTY, Florida, wherein DITECH FINANCIAL, LLC, is Plaintiff, and NANCY W. FLOYD, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Gwen Marshall, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.leon.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 03 day of February, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 11B, Block “A” of OAK PARK, as per map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 29, of the Public Records of Leon County, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
