NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 6, 2019 and entered in Case No. 2019 CA 000953 of the Circuit Court of the 2nd Judicial Circuit in and for Leon County, Florida wherein FIRST AMERICAN TRUST, LLC a New Jersey limited liability company, is the Plaintiff and KEITH L. JACKSON, et al., are Defendants. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.leon.realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for on-line auctions at 11:00 o’clock A.M. on January 21, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:

LOT 4, BUCKLACE
Commence at the Southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 1 North, Range 1 East, Leon County, Florida and run thence North 08 degrees 13 minutes East 146.70 feet, thence North 00 degrees 30 minutes East 486.50 feet, thence South 89 degrees 30 minutes West 60.00 feet to a concrete monument marking the POINT OF BEGINNING. From said POINT OF BEGINNING run thence North 00 degrees 03 minutes East along the West boundary of Davis Drive 108.50 feet to an iron pipe, thence North 87 degrees 11 minutes West 261.35 feet to an iron pin, thence South 15 degrees 51 minutes East 126.70 feet to a concrete monument, thence North 89 degrees 56 minutes East 226.35 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

From said POINT OF BEGINNING run thence North 00 degrees 03 minutes East along the West boundary of Davis Drive 108.50 feet to an iron pipe, thence North 87 degrees 11 minutes West 261.35 feet co an iron pin, thence South 15 degrees 51 minutes East 126.70 feet to a concrete monument, thence North 89 degrees 56 minutes East 226.25 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
