NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 4, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018 CA 001215 of the Circuit Court of the SECOND Judicial Circuit in and for LEON COUNTY, Florida, wherein VILLAGE CAPITAL & INVESTMENT, LLC, is Plaintiff, and ELBERT FERRELL, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Gwen Marshall, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. www.leon.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 6th day of February, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 8, Block E, Paeonia Place, according to plat thereof as recorded at Plat Book 20, page 40 of the Public Records of LEON County, Florida
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
