Pursuant to F.S. 713.585, the following vehicle, 2003-CHEV-1GCDM19X93B130590 will be sold at public sale to satisfy labor and storage lien, at 9:00 AM on FEBRUARY 3, 2020 by AFFORDABLE AUTOMOTIVE INC at 5366 GULF BREEZE PKWY, GULF BREEZE, FL 32563, phone: 850-932-0811. Sold as-is; for cash only. Total sum at date of sale to redeem vehicle will be $1,700.06. Lienor reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. Parties claiming interest have rights to a hearing and to recover vehicle prior to sale date without instituting judicial proceedings by posting bond with the Leon County Clerk of Court in accordance to F.S. 559.917. Sale proceeds exceeding lien amount will be deposited with said Clerk of Court.
