Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 06, 2019, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Leon County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Leon County, Florida, described as:

LOT 53, BLOCK “H”, THE MEADOWS AT WOODRUN, UNIT 3, A SUBDIVISION AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEON COUNTY, FLORIDA.

a/k/a 2340 WINDERMERE RD, TALLAHASSEE, FL 32311-9432

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.leon.realforeclose.com, on January 27, 2020 beginning at 11:00 AM.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
