Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Leon County, Florida, the Leon County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situate in Leon County, Florida, described as:
Lot 44, Block “A”, SANDSTONE RANCH, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN Plat Book 11, Page 28 of the Public Records of Leon County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 A.M. on the prescribed date at the listed website www.leon.realforeclose.com, on February 10, 2020.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale other than the property owner must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
