NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 10, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2019 CA 000537 of the Circuit Court of the SECOND Judicial Circuit in and for LEON COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and JULIA M. JONES, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Gwen Marshall, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.leon.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12 day of February, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Lot 30, Block J, LAKEWOOD VILLAGE UNIT NO.1, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 7, 7A and 7B, Public Records of Leon County, Florida.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
