TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the final judgment of foreclosure entered on January 6, 2020, in Tallahassee, Florida, in the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial Circuit for Leon County, Florida, in which FIRST COMMERCE CREDIT UNION is plaintiff and Unknown Heirs and Beneficiaries of KIMBERLY NAPIER, deceased; JOHN DOE, unknown spouse of KIMBERLY NAPIER; JOHN or JANE DOE,as Unknown Tenants in Possession; MARSHALL WYATT ANDREWS, heir and beneficiary of KIMBERLY NAPIER; MONTANA SKYLAR NAPIER a/k/a MONTANA SKYLER NAPIER, heir and beneficiary of KIMBERLY NAPIER; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; COLUMBUS BANK & TRUST COMPANY; TALLAHASSEE STATE BANK, a subdivision of SYNOVUS BANK; and CITY OF TALLAHASSEE, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder in accordance with §45.031 of the Florida Statutes, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. at www.leon.realforeclose.com on the 6th day of February, 2020, the following described real property:
