NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2020, entered in Case No. 2019 CA 001651 of the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial Circuit, in and for Leon County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Frank R. Kroner a/k/a Frank Reiner Kroner; Unknown Spouse of Frank R. Kroner a/k/a Frank Reiner Kroner; Joylyn Tongio Peralta f/k/a Joylyn P. Kroner a/k/a Joylyn Peralta Kroner a/k/a Joylyn Kroner; Unknown Spouse of Joylyn Tongio Peralta f/k/a Joylyn P. Kroner a/k/a Joylyn Peralta Kroner a/k/a Joylyn Kroner; Plantation at Heritage Oaks Owners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, cash by electronic sale at www.leon.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00AM on the March 2, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK E, APALACHEE EAST PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE(S) 14 THROUGH 18, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEON COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
