NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-001995 of the Circuit Court of the 2nd Judicial Circuit in and for Leon County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Abdullah Mohammed Shawal a/k/a Abdullah M. Shawal a/k/a Abdullah Shawal, Deceased, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant(s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Gwen Marshall, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 11:00 A.M. WWW.LEON.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on February 14, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

COMMENCE AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 2 AND RUN THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 50 MINUTES 26 SECONDS WEST ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 2 A DISTANCE OF 168.72 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING RUN SOUTH 01 DEGREES 14 MINUTES 43 SECONDS WEST ALONG A COMMON PARTY WALL AND A PROJECTION THEREOF 114.48 FEET; THENCE NORTH 83 DEGREES 10 MINUTES 06 SECONDS WEST 51.88 FEET; THENCE NORTH 01 DEGREES 11 MINUTES 53 SECONDS WEST 108.46 FEET TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 2; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 50 MINUTES 26 SECONDS EAST ALONG SAID NORTH BOUNDARY 56.27 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
