NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment on Foreclosure dated February 12, 2020 entered in Case No. 2019 CA 2543 of the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial Circuit in and for Leon County, Florida, wherein THE FIRST, a national banking association, is the Plaintiff and PHILIP DORRIEN WESTON STUART; UNKNOWN TENANT (LANE STUART); and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendants who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees or other claimants are the Defendants, the undersigned will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: By electronic sale at 11 o’clock a.m. on June 18, 2020 on the prescribed date at the listed website https://www.leon.realforeclose.com the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment on Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lots Numbers 23 and 24 in Block “D” of Highland Terrace, being subdivision of a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 30, Township 1 North, Range 1 East, as shown by plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 28, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Leon County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after sale.
