NOTICE is given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 11, 2020, in Case No. 2019 CA 002432 of the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial Circuit, in and for Leon County, Florida, in which BRADLEY S. COULTER is the Plaintiff and NAYELLI RUIZ FLORES and SANDSTONE RANCH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.leon.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on March 25, 2020, the property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure and more particularly described as follows:
Lot 28, Block “A”, SANDSTONE RANCH, Plat Book 11, Page 28, of the Public Records of Leon County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
