NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26, 2020, entered in Case No. 2019 CA 000905 of the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial Circuit, in and for Leon County, Florida, wherein PennyMac Loan Services, LLC is the Plaintiff and Merial G. Taintor; Unknown Spouse of Merial G. Taintor are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, cash by electronic sale at www.leon.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00AM on the 2nd day of April, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK “F”, MAGNOLIA ADDITION, UNIT NO. 2, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 63, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEON COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
