HARVEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DARREL D. HARVEY; BARRINGTON PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. ; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF CWHEQ, INC. HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-S1; CENTENNIAL BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO STONEGATE BANK; CLERK OF COURT LEON COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are the Defendant(s). THE ABOVE DESCRIPTION INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, ALL APPURTENANCES TO THE CONDOMINIUM UNIT ABOVE DESCRIBED, INCLUDING THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM.
