NOTICE OF ONLINE FORECLOSURE SALE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of foreclosure dated February 24, 2020 and entered in Case No. 2019-CA 002037 of the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial Circuit, in and for Leon County, Florida, wherein Frank Rudd is the Plaintiff and the Unknown Heirs and and/or Devisees of Donnie Hicks, Deceased, Lynley Hicks, Jared Hicks, Susanna Hicks, Tanner Hicks, Jordin Hicks and Cooper Hicks, as surviving heirs of Donnie Hicks, Deceased, Lynley Hicks, as the Parent and Guardian of Dalton Hicks, a minor and Chandler Hicks, a minor; Duval Plaza Lotowners’ Association, Inc., and State of Florida Department of Revenue are the Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on April 1, 2020, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, using the following method: bidding begins at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard time on www.leon.realforeclose.com, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment:
