NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 7, 2020, in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of Circuit Court Gwen Marshall, shall sell the subject property at public sale on the 11 day of June, 2020 at 11:00 AM to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.leon.realforeclose.com for the following described property:

UNIT 102, BUILDING 1, MAJESTIC OAKS CONDOMINIUMS, A CONDOMINIUM AS PER DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3322, PAGE 105, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEON COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Property Address: 3100 Dian Road, Unit #102, Tallahassee, Florida 32304.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
