NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26, 2020, entered in Case No. 2019 CA 001273 of the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial Circuit, in and for Leon County, Florida, wherein Fidelity Bank D/B/A Fidelity Bank Mortgage is the Plaintiff and Justin Ryan Setliff; Madison Chase Setliff; Amy P. McDaniel; Unknown Spouse of Amy P. McDaniel are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at cash by electronic sale at www.leon.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00AM. on the 30th day of June, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LOT 4, BLOCK”JJ”, NORTHWOOD (UNRECORDED)

COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 2 NORTH, RANGE 1 EAST, LEON COUNTY, FLORIDA AND RUN THENCE EAST 1026.33 FEET, THENCE NORTH 150.0 FEET, THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 43 MINUTES 20 SECONDS WEST 367.18 FEET, THENCE NORTH 150.0 FEET, THENCE NORTH 77 DEGREES 16 MINUTES 40 SECONDS EAST 435.76 FEET TO THE CENTERLINE OF A PROPOSED 60.0 FOOT ROADWAY, THENCE NORTH 03 DEGREES 14 MINUTES WEST ALONG PROPOSED CENTERLINE 230.89 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING CONTINUE NORTH 03 DEGREES 14 MINUTES WEST ALONG SAID PROPOSED CENTERLINE 135.0 FEET, THENCE NORTH 85 DEGREES 46 MINUTES EAST 30.0 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 74 DEGREES 35 MINUTES EAST 506.59 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 03 DEGREES 14 MINUTES EAST 41.58 FEET, THENCE NORTH 85 DEGREES 06 MINUTES 10 SECONDS WEST 484.88 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 86 DEGREES 46 MINUTES WEST 30.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

THE WESTERLY 30 FEET OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY BEING SUBJECT TO A ROADWAY EASEMENT.
