TO: THE ESTATE OF BERNICE MILLS, deceased, unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, assigns, and all other parties claiming by, through, under, or against them; AND the estate of JOSHAY EMANUEL, deceased, unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, assigns, and all other parties claiming by, through, under, or against them;

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Complaint for Tax Deed Quiet Title on the following property in Leon County, Florida:

Commence at the Northeast corner of Section 9, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, Leon County, Florida, and run thence South 00 degrees 10 minutes West 2638.00 feet to the Northerly right of way boundary of State Road 371; thence South 89 degrees 42 minutes West along said right of way boundary 200.54 feet to a concrete monument (found, 4”x4”,marked F.D.O.T) marking a point of curve of a curve concave to the Northeasterly; thence Northwesterly along said right of way boundary and said curve with a radius of 1096.28 feet, through a central angle of 27 degrees 07 minutes 35 seconds, for an arc distance of 519.03 feet (the chord of said arc being North 76 degrees 43 minutes 38 seconds West 514.19 feet) to the POINT OF BEGINNING; From said POINT OF BEGINNING continue along the Northerly right of way boundary of State Road 371 and along said curve with a radius of 1096.28 feet, through a central angle of 05 degrees 51 minutes 48 seconds, for an arc distance of 112.19 feet (the chord of said arc being North 60 degrees 13 minutes 57 seconds West 112.14 feet) to a concrete monument (found,4”x4”,cap#1254); thence, leaving said right of way boundary, run North 16 degrees 48 minutes 24 seconds West along the Easterly boundary of that property as described in Official Records 805, on Page 33 of the Public Records of Leon County, Florida, 333.61 feet to a concrete monument (found,4”x4”,cap#1254); thence North 12 degrees 18 minutes 09 seconds West along the Easterly boundary of that property as described in Official Records 3786, on Page 1694 of the Public Records of Leon County, Florida, 208.81 feet to a concrete monument (found,4”x4”,no cap); thence South 88 degrees 24 minutes 31 seconds East along the Southerly boundary of that property as described in Official Records 991, on Page 1141 of the Public Records of Leon County, Florida, 208.68 feet to a concrete monument (found,4”x4”,no cap); thence North 00 degree 23 minutes 29 seconds West along the Easterly boundary of said property, 208.54 feet to a concrete monument (found,4”X4”, no cap); thence South 88 degrees 25 minutes 29 seconds East along the Southerly boundary of that property as described in Deed Book 113, on Page 251 of the Public Records of Leon County, Florida, 278.07 feet; thence South 00 degrees 10 minutes 00 seconds West along the Westerly boundary of that property as described in Official Records Book 557, on Pages 162-164 of the Public Records of Leon County, Florida, 427.96 feet; thence West along the Northerly boundary of that property as described in Official Records 1409, on Page 223 of the Public Records of Leon County, Florida, 86.41 feet; thence South 24 degrees 57 minutes 23 seconds West along the Westerly boundary of said property, 127.35 feet; thence South 19 degrees 57 minutes 43 seconds West along the Westerly boundary of said property, 125.55 feet; thence South 29 degrees 02 minutes 43 seconds West along the Westerly boundary of said property, 128.95 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 5.37 Acres, more or less.

The Easterly part of the above described property being subject to an easement for the construction and maintenance of storm sewer, ditches and drainage facilities as recorded in Official Records Book 120 on pages 393 – 395 of the Public Records of Leon County, Florida.

Bearings for this description are based on the Northerly right of way boundary of State Road 371. The bearing was computed from the State of Florida State Road Department Right of Way Map of State Road 371, Section 5500-105, Sheet 1 of 2, last dated 05-08-1956.
