YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following property in Leon County, Florida:
Begin at a point 20 feet East of the West boundary of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 2 South, Range 1 East, and which point is 1043.75 feet South of the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 21, thence run East parallel to the North boundary of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 21, for a distance of 417.5 feet to a point, thence run South on a line parallel to the West boundary of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 21, for a distance of 208.75 feet to a point, thence run West on a line parallel to the North boundary of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 21, for a distance of 417.5 feet to a point 20 feet East of the West boundary of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 21, thence North 208.75 feet to the Point of Beginning.
