NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of August, 2020 and entered in Case No. 2019-CA-002828, of the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial Circuit in and for Leon County, Florida, where, ROSE ACCEPTANCE, INC., is the Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST CYNTHIA VASQUEZ, DECEASED; MARCELO VASQUEZ; MARCELO VASQUEZ, AS AN HEIR OF CYNTHIA VASQUEZ, DECEASED; NICOLE T. VASQUEZ WHITTINGTON, AS AN HEIR OF CYNTHIA VASQUEZ, DECEASED; KRISTINA A. VASQUEZ, AS AN HEIR OF CYNTHIA VASQUEZ, DECEASED, are Defendants.
