NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment dated August 19, 2020 and entered in Case No. 2019-CA 002327 of the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial Circuit, in and for Leon County, Florida, wherein Capital City Bank is the Plaintiff and Patti J. Lambdin a/k/a Patti Jo Lambdin and CitiBank, N.A., are the Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on September 23, 2020, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, using the following method: bidding begins at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard time on www.leon.realforeclose.com, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment:
Lot 4, Block “I”, ARBOR HILL, UNIT 2, PHASE 2, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 65, of the Public Records of Leon County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
