NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 08, 2020, and entered in 2020 CA 000071 of the Circuit Court of the SECOND Judicial Circuit in and for Leon County, Florida, wherein QUICKEN LOANS INC. is the Plaintiff and PATRICK HENRY BARBER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICK HENRY BARBER N/K/A AMY BARBER are the Defendant(s). GWEN MARSHALL as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.leon.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on October 23, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A PART OF LOT 23 OF PECAN GROVE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 2, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEON COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS 3 FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE MOST EASTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 23 AND RUN NORTH 44 DEGREES 09 MINUTES 17 SECONDS WEST ALONG THE NORTHEASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 23 A DISTANCE OF 37.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING, CONTINUE NORTH 44 DEGREES 09 MINUTES 17 SECONDS WEST ALONG SAID NORTHEASTERLY BOUNDARY 36.50 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 45 DEGREES 50 MINUTES 43 SECONDS WEST 101.25 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 44 DEGREES 09 MINUTES 17 SECONDS EAST ALONG THE SOUTHWESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 23 A DISTANCE OF 36.50 FEET, THENCE NORTH 45 DEGREES 50 MINUTES 43 SECONDS EAST 101.25 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
