NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 23, 2020 entered in Civil Case No. 2019 CA 000560 of the Circuit Court of the 2nd Judicial Circuit in and for Leon County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST V-E, is Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF GEORGE C. HENRY, JR. A/K/A GEORGE COLBERTH HENRY, JR.; et. al, are Defendant(s).

BEING THE SAME FEE SIMPLE PROPERTY CONVEYED BY QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM ISADORA W. HENRY SINGLE TO GEORGE C. HENRY, JR. SINGLE, DATED 03/11/1987 RECORDED ON 03/18/1987 IN OR BOOK 1252, PAGE 0941 IN LEON COUNTY RECORDS, STATE OF FL.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
