YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to certain property located in Leon County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
BEGIN AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NW 1/4 OF NE 1/4) OF SECTION SEVENTEEN 17, TOWNSHIP 2 SOUTH, RANGE 1 EAST, THENCE RUN EAST 274 FEET TO A POINT WHICH IS THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE LAND HEREBY CONVEYED. FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING RUN EAST 100 FEET TO A POINT, THENCE RUN SOUTH 06 DEGREES 57 MINUTES EAST 423.11 FEET, THENCE RUN WEST 152.15 FEET TO A POINT, THENCE RUN NORTH 420 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. SAID LAND LYING AND BEING IN LEON COUNTY, FLORIDA.
