PROPERTY.
The CITY OF TALLAHASSEE seized the property described above on August 26, 2020, at Tallahassee, Leon County Florida. On September 29, 2020, the CITY filed a Complaint for Order of Probable Cause and for Final Judgment and Order of Forfeiture with the Clerk of the Court, Civil Division, 301 South Monroe Street, Tallahassee, Florida.
An Ex-Parte Order of Probable Cause was entered by the Court on September 22, 2020. All persons or entities with standing to claim an interest in the above-described property shall, no later than November 16, 2020, show cause by filing with the Clerk of the Court responsive pleadings as to why a Final Judgment and Order of Forfeiture should not be entered against the above-described property. All claimants are further required to serve a copy of such pleadings upon THERESA A. FLURY, Police Legal Advisor, 234 East Seventh Avenue, Tallahassee, Florida 32303, within said time period. Failure to file and serve such pleadings within said time period shall result in an entry of default.
