NOTICE OF SALE
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered in the above-styled cause on September 22, 2020, in the Circuit Court of Leon County, Florida, the Clerk of Leon County will sell the property situated in Leon County, Florida, described as:
Description of Mortgaged Property
Lot 9, Block CE, KILLEARN ESTATES, UNIT 18, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 2, of the Public Records of Leon County, Florida,
commonly known as 4435 Bay Shore Circle, Tallahassee, Florida 32309.
at a Public Sale, the Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder, for cash, except as set for the hereinafter, on November 19, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. (ET), or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, at the website of www.leon.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
