To: Tiffany Smith, as heir to the Estate of Alisa C. Washington f/k/a Alisa G. Payne, Deceased.

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following property in Leon County, Florida:

Lot 2, Parcel A according to a plat recorded in Official Records Book 890, Page 1114, Public Records of Leon County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Southwest corner of the Northeast quarter of Section 15, Township 2 South, Range 1 West, Leon County, Florida, and thence run North 00 degrees 19 minutes 54 seconds East along the West boundary of the Northeast quarter of said Section 15 a distance of 1050.24 feet for a POINT OF BEGINNING. From said POINT OF BEGINNING continue North 00 degrees 19 minutes 54 seconds East along the West boundary of the Northeast quarter of said Section 15 a distance of 132.30 feet, thence run South 89 degrees 25 minutes 19 seconds East 329.30 feet to the centerline of a 60 foot roadway easement, thence run South 00 degrees 22 minutes 40 seconds West along said centerline 132.30 feet, thence North 89 degrees 25 minutes 19 seconds West 329.19 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
SUBJECT TO a roadway and utility easement over and across the Easterly 30 feet thereof.
TOGETHER WITH 1977 Capella with I.D, # GAM120A0773262 and GAM120A0773262A Doublewide Mobile Home

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Joseph R. Boyd, B.C.S., the Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 1407 Piedmont Drive East, Tallahassee, Florida 32308 within thirty (30) days from the first date of publication and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
