NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment on Foreclosure dated November 23, 2020, entered in Case No. 2019 CA 2485 of the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial Circuit in and for Leon County, Florida, wherein CENTENNIAL BANK is the Plaintiff, and SAMUEL REDDICK, JOSEPH AUSTIN, ESTATE OF RAYMOND LEE BRYANT, and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendants who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees or other claimants are the Defendants, the undersigned will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at by electronic sale at 11:00 a.m. on April 1, 2021 on the prescribed date at the listed website, https://www.leon.realforeclose.com the following described property as set forth in said Consent Final Judgment on Foreclosure to-wit:

PARCEL 1:

The South 157.14 feet of the Following described property:

Commence at the Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 1 North, Range 2 East, and run thence West nine hundred sixty-nine and three-tenths (969.3) feet, to a point which is the Point of Beginning. From said Point of Beginning run thence West one hundred twenty-nine (129) feet, thence South nine hundred forty-two and eighty-five hundredths (942.85) feet, more or less, parallel to the West boundary of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, thence East one hundred twenty-nine (129) feet, thence North nine hundred forty-two and eighty-five-hundredths (942.85) feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning.

PARCEL 2:

The North 157.14 feet of the following described property:

Commence at the Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 1 North, Range 2 East, and run thence West nine hundred sixty-nine and three tenths (969.3) feet to a point which is the Point of Beginning. From said Point of Beginning run thence West one hundred twenty-nine (129) feet, thence South nine hundred forty-two and eighty-five hundredths (942.85) feet, more or less, parallel to the West boundary of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, thence East one hundred twenty-nine (129) feet, thence North nine hundred forty-two and eighty-five hundredths (942.85) feet, more or less to the Point of Beginning.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after sale.
