NOTICE OF ONLINE FORECLOSURE SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of foreclosure dated September 11, 2019 and Order resetting sale dated December 17, 2020 both entered in Case No. 2011-CA-1473 of the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial Circuit, in and for Leon County, Florida, wherein Capital City Bank is the Plaintiff, and the Unknown Heirs and/or Devisees of Mae M. Monroe, Deceased; Gerald Keith Knight, Individually and as a surviving heir of Mae M. Monroe, Deceased; Carolyn Monroe a/k/a Carolyn Gibbs n/k/a Carolyn Gibbs Nixon, Erica Lynn Monroe Hall, Alisia A. Knight, Valerie Mitchell, and Kirk Gerald Knight, as surviving heirs of Mae M. Monroe, deceased; Leon County Housing Finance Authority; State of Florida Department of Revenue; Gwen Marshall in her Official Capacity as Leon County Clerk of Circuit Court; and Tallahassee Housing Authority are the Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on January 19, 2021, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, using the following method: bidding begins at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard time on www.leon.realforeclose.com, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment:
Commence at the NW corner of Section 11, T2S, R1W, Leon County, Florida, and run thence East along the Section line 76.0 feet to a point on the East right of way boundary of State Road No. 61, thence run South along said East right of way boundary a distance of 417.78 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. From said Point of Beginning continue thence South along said East right of way boundary a distance of 210.0 feet, thence run East parallel to the North boundary of said Section 11 a distance of 210.0 feet, thence run North parallel to the West boundary of said Section 11 a distance of 210.0 feet, thence run West parallel to the North boundary of Section 11 a distance of 210.0 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
