NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 2, 2020 in Civil Case No. 37 2009 CA 000405, of the Circuit Court of the SECOND Judicial Circuit in and for Leon County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR HOLDERS OF LUMINENT MORTGAGE TRUST 2006-3 is the Plaintiff, and JUAN WILLIAMS A/K/A JUAN J WILLIAMS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUAN WILLIAMS A/K/A JUAN J. WILLIAMS; WOODBRIAR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF TALLAHASSEE, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; JANE DOE N/K/A TERKHAISIA AREAMA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LOT 42 BLOCK “A”, WOODBRIAR SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEON COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
