TO: THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, AND ANY OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST LLOYD PEMBERTON, JR., DECEASED; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, AND ANY OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST BEATRICE PEMBERTON, DECEASED; and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, AND ANY OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST BOOKER PEMBERTON, DECEASED.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to establish an implied grant of way of necessity on real property located in Leon County, Florida described as follows:
PROPOSED INGRESS, EGRESS
AND UTILITY EASEMENT
A Proposed Ingress, Egress and Utility Easement in Section 11, Township 1 North, Range 1 East, Leon county, Florida.
Described as follows:
Commence at the Southwest comer of Section 11, Township 1 North, Range 1 East, Leon County, Florida, and run thence East 1073.16; thence South 88 degrees 51 minutes 00 seconds East 400.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 12 minutes 00 seconds East 132.50 feet; thence North 380.00 feet to the Southeast comer of that property as described in Official Records Book 5332 on page 957 of the public records of Leon county, Florida for the POINT OF BEGINNING; from said POINT OF BEGINNING run thence North along the Easterly boundary of said property, and the extension thereof, a distance of 872.23 feet; Thence North 67 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds West 459.86 feet to the Easterly maintained right of way boundary of Centerville Road; Thence North 28 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East along said maintained right of way boundary 40.17 feet; thence, leaving said maintained right of way boundary, run South 67 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds East 504.43 feet; Thence South 890.52 feet; Thence West 60.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Michael C. Rayboun, Esq. the Guardian Ad Litem, Attorney Ad Litem, and Administrator Ad Litem, whose address is Rayboun Mulligan, PLLC, 150 W 5th Avenue, Tallahassee, FL 32303 on or before February 26, 2021, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Mr. Rayboun or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
