NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment on Foreclosure dated February 04, 2021, entered in Case No. 2020 CA 1953 of the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial Circuit in and for Leon County, Florida, wherein TC FEDERAL BANK is the Plaintiff and TREVOR V. EVANS; BRIGHTON PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 (SYDNEY WRIGHT); UNKNOWN TENANT #2 (TESHANTE EVANS) and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendants who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees or other claimants are the Defendants, the undersigned will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at by electronic sale at 11:00 a.m. on March 24, 2021 on the prescribed date at the listed website, https://www.leon.realforeclose.com the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment on Foreclosure to-wit:
Condominium Unit 1501, Phase 3 of Brighton Place Condominiums, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 3204, Page 1807, and amended by document recorded in Official Record Book 3379, Page 879, and amended by document recorded in Official Record Book 3379, Page 907, and amended by document recorded in Official Records Book 3511, Page 1326 and amended by document recorded in Official Records Book 3911, Page 1901 of the Public Records of Leon County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after sale.
