NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 12th day of January 2021, and entered in Case No. 2019 CA 001113, of the Circuit Court of the 2nd Judicial Circuit in and for Leon County, Florida, wherein SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is the Plaintiff and CDC CAPITAL INVESTMENTS AS TRUSTEE OF THE 219 BAMBOO ROAD TALLAHASSEE, LAND TRUST; GARY N. WILEY A/K/A GARY WILEY; LURA SHAFFER WILEY A/K/A LURA S. WILEY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER. OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) who name is fictitious to account for parties in possession, are defendants. ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
