NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 21, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2019 CA 000753, of the Circuit Court of the SECOND Judicial Circuit in and for Leon County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR GMACM HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2005-HE2 is the Plaintiff, and TAMARA R. GRAY A/K/A TAMARA RENE’ GRAY F/K/A TAMARA RENE’ MURRAY are Defendants.

SUBJECT TO A ROADWAY AND UTILITY EASEMENT OVER AND ACROSS THE WESTERLY 30 FEET THEREOF. ALSO GRANTING AN ACCESS EASEMENT OVER AND UPON THAT CERTAIN 60 FOOT ROADWAY EASEMENT FROM THE WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY BOUNDARY OF STATE ROAD 61 (WAKULLA SPRINGS ROAD) TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED LAND AS DESCRIBED IN PLAT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 890, PAGE 1114, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEON COUNTY, FLORIDA.
