NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2018 CA 000219 of the Circuit Court of the 2ND Judicial Circuit in and for LEON County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-BC5 , Plaintiff, and, ALEX JORDAN AKA ALEXANDER CAGENS JORDAN, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.leon.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 11:00 AM, on the 18th day of November, 2019, the following described property:
