NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 15, 2019, and entered in 2018 CA 002560 of the Circuit Court of the SECOND Judicial Circuit in and for LEON County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING, LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MAURICE STEPHEN RODNESKY, DECEASED.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). GWEN MARSHALL as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.leon.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on December 16, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

COMMENCE AT THE IRON PIPE MARKING THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE WEST HALF OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 1 NORTH, RANGE 2 WEST, LEON COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND THENCE RUN NORTH 00°14’49” WEST ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF THE WEST HALF OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 25 A DISTANCE OF 598.00 FEET TO A CONCRETE MONUMENT MARKING THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THAT TRACT OF PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED IN DEED BOOK 90, PAGE 350 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEON COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE RUN NORTH 89°45’49” WEST ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID TRACT OF PARCEL OF LAND 210.85 FEET TO A CONCRETE MONUMENT, THENCE RUN NORTH 89°09’16” WEST 724.43 FEET, THENCE RUN SOUTH 00°50’44” WEST 265.72 FEET, THENCE RUN NORTH 89°09’16” WEST 530.00 FEET TO THE CENTER POINT OF A CUL-DE-SAC HAVING A 50.00 FOOT RADIUS FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING, FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING RUN THENCE NORTH 36°51’54” WEST 335.88 FEET, THENCE RUN SOUTH 89°09’16” EAST 205.45 FEEET, THENCE RUN SOUTH 00°50’44” WEST 265.72 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

THE SOUTHERLY 30 FEET BEING SUBJECT TO A ROAD EASEMENT.
