NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 14, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 2018 CA 001941 of the Circuit Court of the SECOND Judicial Circuit in and for Leon County, Tallahassee, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.leon.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 16 day of January, 2020 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
