You are hereby notified that an Action to Quiet Title on the following property in Leon County, identified as: NATURAL BRIDGE ACRES UNREC 19 & 20 2S 2E LOT 40 BLOCK A OR 972/728 972/730 1953/79, also known as Parcel Number: 341914 A0400, also known as 10260 Old Plank Road, has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to it, on: James B. Meyer, Attorney at Law, LLC, P. O. Box 10396, Tallahassee, FL 32302, no more than thirty (30) days from the first publication date of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of Court either before servicer of Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a Default Judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
