KNOWN AND UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW AND OR BENEFICIARIES OF CHARLES B. VAUGHAN, DECEASED, AND ALL WHOM MAY CLAIM BY, THROUGH OR UNDER THEM,
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following property in Leon County, Florida:
Begin at the point of intersection of the West boundary line of the right-of-way of State Road No. 110, and the South boundary line of the North half of the Northeast quarter of Section 10, Township 2 South, Range 1 West, said point being 115 feet West of the Southeast corner of the North half of the Northeast quarter of said section 10, run thence North 210 feet along the West boundary line of the right-of-way of State Road No. 110, to the point which is the Point of Beginning; from said Point of Beginning run thence West 420 feet, thence North 210 feet, thence East 420 feet to a point of the West boundary line of State Road No. 110, thence South 210 feet along the West boundary line of the right-of-way of State Road No. 110 to the Point of Beginning.

has been filed against you. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Frances Casey Lowe, Esquire, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 68-A Feli Way Crawfordville, Florida 32327, on or before the date not less than 28 days and no more than 60 days after the first publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
