NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 17, 2019 , and entered in 2019 CA 000023 of the Circuit Court of the SECOND Judicial Circuit in and for LEON County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and ANDRE TAFT; HAROLD DEAN BRYANT, JR. ; ADAMS PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A MIRANDA DOE are the Defendant(s). GWEN MARSHALL as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.leon.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on February 3, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
