NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 9, 2019 , and entered in 2019 CA 000944 of the Circuit Court of the SECOND Judicial Circuit in and for LEON County, Florida, wherein DITECH FINANCIAL LLC is the Plaintiff and DARREL D. HARVEY; ELIZABETH BLAISE HARVEY; BARRINGTON PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWHEQ, INC. HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-S1; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE COURT OF LEON COUNTY, FLORIDA; CENTENNIAL BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO
STONEGATE BANK are the Defendant(s). GWEN MARSHALL as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.leon.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on February 7, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

UNIT NO. 1006 AND STORAGE SPACE UNIT 10S6, OF BARRINGTON PARK, A CONDOMINIUM AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND THE EXHIBITS ANNEXED THERETO AND FORMING A PART THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3633, PAGE 2124, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEON COUNTY, FLORIDA. THE ABOVE DESCRIPTION INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, ALL APPURTENANCES TO THE CONDOMINIUM UNIT ABOVE DESCRIBED, INCLUDING THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM.
