Also: Commence at the Northeast corner of Section 31, Township 2 North, Range 1 West, run West 660 feet, thence North 1074.2 feet to 22×2 wooden stake which is the place of beginning, thence North 245.8 feet, thence East 1130 feet to the center of the Tallahassee-Bainbridge Public Road, thence Southwesterly along the center of said road 240.0 feet, thence West 1110 feet to the place of beginning.
