NOTICE is given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 22, 2020, in Case No. 2019 CA 001827, of the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial Circuit, in and for Leon County, Florida, in which CROSS CREEK III, LLC is the Plaintiff and JAMES M. RUDNICK; JAMES M. RUDNICK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE JAMES M. RUDNICK REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED DECEMBER 3, 1990; CERTUSBANK, N.A.; AM32304WG, LLC; CADENCE BANK, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO STATE BANK AND TRUST COMPANY; CADENCE BANK, N.A.; GEORGIA PRIMARY BANK; HERITAGE BANK OF THE SOUTH; FIRST CITIZENS BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, INC.; CRE/ADC VENTURE 2013-1, LLC; TRUSTMARK NATL BANK; AERL, L.C.; BEACH COMMUNITY BANK; FLORIDA ASSET RESOLUTION GROUP, LLC; RISE INSTITUTE, INC.; and MLE VENTURES, LLC are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.leon.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on February 25, 2020, the property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure and more particularly described as follows:
