NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28, 2019 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 15, 2020, entered in Civil Case No.: 2019 CA 000784 of the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial Circuit in and for Leon County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A MR. COOPER, Plaintiff, and JOHN H. BECK; KATHERINE G. BECK; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A ELIZABETH JONES; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #2 N/K/A MARCUS HINES, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.leon.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 9th day of March, 2020, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK “H”, PLANTATION WOODS, UNIT NO. 3, A SUBDIVISION AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 88, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEON COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
