NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 21, 2020, issued in and for LEON County, Florida, in Case No.: 2019 CA 002040, wherein RTE 1, LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, SPOUSES, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF WILSON THOMPSON, SR.; DECEASED; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; JAYMIE SATTERFIELD; JOANN HORTON; MICHELLE D. HORTON; ELDRIDGE PERRY KING; TAJ DWAYNE KING; NICOLE DENISE CARTER; WILSON THOMPSON, III and LA-SHONNA KATRICE AUSTIN A/K/A LA-SHONNA MILTON, are the Defendants.

FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING CONTINUE THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 44 MINUTES 56 SECONDS WEST ALONG A FENCE LINE 167.50 FEET TO A CONCRETE MONUMENT, THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 59 MINUTES 32 SECONDS WEST 209.80 FEET TO A CONCRETE MONUMENT ON THE CENTERLINE OF A PROPOSAL 20.00 FOOT ROADWAY, THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 44 MINUTES 56 SECONDS EAST ALONG SAID CENTERLINE 166.50 FEET TO A CONCRETE MONUMENT; THENCE LEAVING SAID CENTERLINE RUN SOUTH 01 DEGREES 15 MINUTES 54 SECONDS EAST 209.82 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. THE NORTHERLY 10.00 FEET OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY BEING SUBJECT TO A ROADWAY EASEMENT.
