Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, Clerk of Circuit Court, Leon County, Florida, will on January 25, 2021, at 11:00 a.m., online at www.leon.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell at public outcry, one by one, to the highest bidder for cash, the property located in Leon County, Florida, as follows:

From said Point of Beginning. The Southeasterly 30.00 feet of the foregoing described property being subject to a roadway easement.

From said Point of Beginning continue South 40 degrees 32 minutes 49 seconds West 125.0 feet, thence North 44 degrees 14 minutes 23 seconds West 175.15 feet, thence North 52 degrees 52 minutes 50 seconds East 37.32 feet, thence North 23 degrees 37 minutes 22 seconds East 63.65 feet, thence South 53 degrees 05 minutes 01 seconds East 185.35 feet to the Point of Beginning.

The Southeasterly 30 feet of the foregoing described property being subject to a roadway easement.

pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 7, 2020, in the above-styled cause, pending in said Court.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
