NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 27, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018 CA 002256, of the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial Circuit in and for LEON County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-BC4 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and CHARLES D. BATES; TIFFANY BATES; ASPEN G LLC, are defendants. Gwen Marshall, Clerk of the Circuit Court for LEON, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.leon.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 9TH day of DECEMBER, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
