NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 18, 2019 entered in Case No. 2019 CA 000800 of the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial Circuit, in and for Leon County, Florida, wherein Branch Banking and Trust Company is the Plaintiff and Samantha L. Holland; Unknown Spouse of Samantha L. Holland are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at cash by electronic sale at www.leon.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the December 4, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
